Our Mission
The Diversity in Government Relations (DGR) Coalition is dedicated to ensuring the government relations workforce reflects the rich diversity of the American population to enable policymaking that serves the wide range of needs of Americans.
Our Work
We gather and synthesize data and information regarding diverse representation in the entities influencing advocacy and policymaking off the Hill, recommend solutions based on findings, and put forth evidence-based best practices that govern the actions of the government affairs industry and further promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the field.
