Thank you for your interest in supporting the pledge on behalf of your organization.
Pledge Adopter
Organizations that directly advocate and/or influence policy at the federal, state, and local level. This includes employing or contracting human capital to conduct policy research, establish relationships, lobby, and provide education related to advancing policy or securing aid from federal, state, and/or local governments. These organizations who sign the pledge are considered Pledge Adopters.
Pledge Endorser
Organizations that do not directly advocate or influence policy, but provide support (reporting assistance, information and data services, professional development opportunities, and/or an environment for networking) for entities that direct advocacy and policy influence. These organizations who sign the pledge are considered Pledge Endorsers.
At this time, the pledge is intended for organizations and not individuals. Signing the pledge does not make your organization a DGR Coalition member. To explore DGR Coalition membership, contact info@dgrcoalition.org.
By signing the pledge, your organization is publicly demonstrating its support of the pledge and is joining a community with shared values. As a part of this community, your organization may be asked to amplify messaging, cascade resources, and share how your organization is incorporating DEI when providing resources to your network.
There are two ways organizations can sign the pledge:
